Loyalty Cards Terms & Conditions

If you join the Loyalty Card scheme you automatically accept these Conditions.

Your full name, Address, dob and email address, must be provided to register for a loyalty card. Applicants must be aged 16 or over and will be accepted for this scheme at our discretion. ( please note this is a Locals loyalty card and therefore if the address given does not portray this, the application will be rejected)

Loyalty cards must be collected in person by the registered member from Newquay Garden Centre within 30 days and are limited to 1 per household.

All points are gained from items you buy in store and in our restaurant. These points you will then receive back in the form of discount on future purchases.

Any lost cards will incur a fee of £2 For a replacement and points unfortunately cannot be transferred.

If we have reason to believe that you have breached these Conditions and/or abused the Scheme, Cards may be terminated without prior notice.

We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions, cancel or withdraw an account at any time.

Cards are personal to those registered and points/rewards are non transferable and can only be redeemed by the registered cardholder.

Any personal changes to the account must be notified at the earliest opportunity by emailing [email protected]

Points can only be claimed at time of purchase and not at a later date.

Points will be deducted if product is refunded.

Once 3000 points have been accrued, these must be redeemed towards a purchase before you can start gaining points again.

Points are awarded for All purchases across Newquay Garden Centre including The Potting Shed Restaurant but excluding the purchase of gift vouchers

Exclusive Rewards for members are on a first come basis and subject to stock, No alternative or cash substitution is available.

There are adequate safety and security measures in place to keep your personal information secure in accordance with its obligations under the data protection act. You have the right to request this information at any point and we will not supply personal data to any third parties.

By signing up to our loyalty scheme you give permission for us (Newquay Garden Centre) to send you communications by email.

Newquay Garden Centre reserves the right to amend point balances and or value at any given time.

Your loyalty card will have two separate point balances one for Garden Centre and one for the restaurant, The Potting Shed. Each separate balance can only be used in their designated area.
